About Joshmore Pest Control and How Referrals Work

Joshmore Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in Orlando and the Orlando area who meet a pest or wildlife problem, often for the first time. We are a go-between, like a good map. A map does not drive the car, but it helps you pick a road.

Why this site exists

A first pest problem feels bigger than it is. You see a line of ants, hear scratching in the ceiling, or spot a strange trail of dust on a window sill, and your mind races. We wrote this site to slow that moment down. Breathe, then look. Clues before chemicals. We keep the language plain, so you can follow along without a pest science degree.

How providers are matched

You tell us what is happening and where. Then Joshmore Pest Control connects you with a local provider in our network that handles that kind of problem. Availability depends on the provider, so request a callback to check who is open to new jobs near you.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold any license your state requires for the work
• Explain what they find in plain words
• Give a written quote before starting
• Treat your home and family with care

Ask, then decide. You can compare what each provider says before you agree to anything.

What we do not do

Joshmore Pest Control does not inspect homes, spray, trap, seal or repair anything. The provider does that work and is responsible for it. We also do not give legal, medical or insurance advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask the provider whether they can help document damage for a claim.

How we are paid

Homeowners are not charged by Joshmore Pest Control to request an estimate. Providers may pay for the referrals that reach them. That does not change what you owe a provider for the work, which is set between you and them. Always get the price in writing first.

Costs in general terms

Prices vary a lot by pest, home size and how long the problem has gone on. Typical U.S. visits for common pests often run from under a hundred dollars to a few hundred. Termite and wildlife jobs can cost more. Treat these as rough ranges only, and ask for a written quote. Compare what each quote includes, not only the total.
