How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who you talk to
Joshmore Pest Control has no staff members to meet or names to remember. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent local provider in our network. Think of it like a front desk at a building. It points you to the right door, and the people behind the door do the work.
What happens on the call
A provider will usually start with simple questions. What did you see? Where? When did it begin? Have you tried anything yet? Have a few notes ready, or a phone photo of what you found. Do not worry if you do not know the name of the pest. Describing it is enough.
The provider may then suggest a visit to look around. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies, so ask what is realistic for your situation.
What to ask a provider
A first-timer does not need to know pest science. A few clear questions do the job:
- What do you think is causing this?
- What will the visit include, and what will it cost?
- Will you give me the quote in writing?
- Is the treatment safe around kids and pets?
- Do you hold the license required in Florida?
- Is a follow-up visit part of the plan?
- For wildlife, how will you close the entry points?
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask questions, take time and compare. If something feels rushed or unclear, pause. A good provider is comfortable explaining things twice.
You can also ask about the products they plan to use, how long to stay out of a room, and what to expect over the next few weeks. Write down the answers so you can compare them later. Notes help when you talk to a second provider.
